Everyone is created in the image of God and has dignity. There are many who are vulnerable because of poverty, disease and societal breakdown. HBM partners with the local indigenous churches and ministries to assist them in meeting the needs of widows and orphans .

Simon Mulenga above is an example of a local Pastor and church opening Calvary Children Compassion Mission to educate and feed local orphans. Local widows are enlisted to help and thereby receive benefit as well.

Transport is not easy. Walking does not cover a lot of territory. Motorcycles and Bicycles not only increase the distance one can travel but it also lightens the load increasing what one can carry.

Motorcycles are given to Indigenous leaders overseeing many other HBM leaders so they can oversee the Mission. Bicycles are given to as many HBM partner pastors are available. 

$2500 per Motorcycle and $250 per Bicycle. 

Hope Builders Ministries comes along side the Local Indigenous Church encouraging them with "TOOLS" to help them take the Gospel to their families and friends. From garden tool and widow/orphan houses, materials to help build a local church, to vehicles for transporting HBM missionaries.

Unforeseen things happen everyday. The mission field is not exempt. Everything from a pastor's wife needing a brain tumor removed, someone breaking a leg, to heart attacks, to vehicles breaking down in the middle of no-man's land. There is a need for emergency funds to be used as needed. Thank you for your generous gift.

The 10 acre Musenga Development Center is located in the heart of the Copperbelt of Zambia near the DRC border. It is a strategic center to develop pastors coming into Zambia from the DRC and returning. It also provides a central location for equipping pastors with HBMZambia.

Disciples of Christ need the Word of God. Bibles are not easy to come by because of cost and unavailability. 

HBM purchases and delivers Bibles through their network of indigenous partners.

Jesus' last command was for His disciples to "make disciples" of all people. HBM provides a strategy , mentor and material to encourage the local church to develop a movement to make disciples 1 on 3 to the fourth generation. This promotes natural, organic growth in  the church, both spiritual and numeric.

Pastors are called to "equip the saints" to do the work of the ministry. This is done by teaching the Word of God effectively until "all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God" and grow up in Christ. HBM equips pastors in a mentoring relationship with other pastors.

HBM provides the course material for equipping pastors and leaders with a three/four year course in biblical studies that are practical and effective in maturing them in the Word of God, so that they can effectively communicate God's Word to His people.
